Shipping Locations
Marro’s Professional Hair & Beauty currently ships orders Australia-wide to metropolitan areas only. We do not offer shipping to regional or remote locations at this time. If an order is placed with a delivery address outside our designated shipping areas, we reserve the right to contact the customer to arrange an alternative solution or cancel the order and issue a refund.
Shipping Fees
We offer the following shipping rates:
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout prior to payment confirmation.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post standard delivery services.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed and dispatched during salon trading hours only.
Dispatch occurs Tuesday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
We do not dispatch orders on Sunday, Monday or public holidays.
Orders placed outside of trading hours will be processed on the next available business day.
While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, processing times may vary during promotional periods, peak trading times or public holidays.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes are determined by Australia Post once the order has been dispatched. Estimated delivery times are provided by Australia Post and are outside of our control.
Tracking details will be provided via email once the order has been shipped.
Authority to Leave
Customers may select “Authority to Leave” at checkout.
By selecting this option, the customer authorises Australia Post to leave the parcel unattended at the nominated delivery address. Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, responsibility for the parcel passes to the customer.
Incorrect Address Details
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch. We reserve the right to deduct any applicable shipping or processing fees from refunds where appropriate.

Orders are typically available for collection within one (1) hour during salon trading hours:
Mon: Closed
Tues: 9:00am – 5:30pm
Wed: 9:00am – 5:30pm
Thurs: 9:00am – 6:00pm
Fri: 9:00am – 5:30pm
Sat: 8:00am – 4:00pm
Sun: Closed
Customers will be notified when their order is ready for collection.
Orders will be held for a period of fourteen (14) days. If an order is not collected within this timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund minus any applicable transaction or processing fees.
Lost or Damaged Items
If an order is received damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, customers must contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].
We will investigate the matter with Australia Post and work towards an appropriate resolution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
